Step 3: Handle all regular maintenance and emergency maintenance in a timely fashion.  (Within 8 Hours)

Step 3:  Report on a Weekly and Monthly basis

Step 4: Accountancy & Tax Returns

Our Fees

We charge 12% of monthly rent as our service fee for old house, lane house , apartment in old buildings.
We charge 10% of monthly rent for modern buildings which rent is less than 20,000 RMB.
We charge 8% of monthly rent for modern buildings, Villas, and townhouses whose rent is above 20,000 RMB per month.
  • One month rent to find a tenant.
  • 12% of monthly rent as our service fee for old house, lane house , apartment in old buildings.
  • 10% of monthly rent for modern buildings which rent is less than 20,000 RMB.
  • We charge 8% of monthly rent for modern buildings, Villas, and townhouses whose rent is above 20,000 RMB per month.

You will receive a monthly statement regarding your property and a deposit in your bank account.    After using Serviced China’s professional property management services, many of our clients purchase more properties in Shanghai.   Recommendations upon request.
